The vibe at MainStreet is lively, particularly in the summer when patrons can sit outdoors and soak in the bustling energy of the street. It morphs into a vibrant spot for evening beverages, especially renowned for their espresso martinis, hailed as the best in the state by many, including Kyle Phillips. The combination of quality drinks and a relaxed atmosphere completes the picture of what a local café should be.

Well just great that's all it sums this place up perfectly. Staff was friendly and very accommodating I accidentally put nutmeg on my iced Carmel latte and didn't realize until a quarter of my drink was gone. We were sitting outside eating and I went in the tell the girl behind the counter. She instantly said I will make you another one and with a smile no attitude very rare these days (Kelsey was great). Definitely will be back here.
To die for. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Young ladies working here are wonderful. Very polite and fast. Great coffee. Excellent place to have a cup of joe and enjoy the locals.
My favorite place to grab an after dinner drink in the summer . They are in my opinion , hands down, the best espresso martini makers in the state. It's a nice , comfortable vibe inside,. Half of the place is a bar, the other half a cafe. The place is a little small, and can get extremely crowded in the summer. But when your there , in the summer , sitting outside , sipping on a salted caramel or chai espresso martini in a rocks glass, there is no place better to be . East Greenwich just comes alive on summer nights and the establishment is located on a busy summer kinda street , where people dine and walk around all night. Whenever your in the mood for a espresso martini , looking for a nice place to go after dinner , or looking for a bit of social night life on the weekend , Main St. Coffee is the spot.
Best Espresso Martinis that I have ever had consistently!!! Great pastries to go along with them too. Great coffee and espresso served during the mornings and day....then late afternoon they switch over to a full adult beverage bar
I lived above Main Street coffee for about a year and was in and out constantly. I worked 3rd shift so I saw the owner a lot when he would get here around 4am. Also was our landlord! But Mike who works behind the Coffee counter is THE MAN! Really quick at what he does and makes a perfect Latte. He knows his S*** about coffee! Very personable and nice! Love to have a quick conversation with him. If he’s not behind the counter he’s talking with the patrons! The way the sidewalk and painted and the interior to replicate a European cafe is awesome and it really sets a relaxing tone. There outdoor seating that has an awning over the tables and chairs Incase there a sporadic shower or it’s to warm and sunny. I highly recommends his place! High quality coffee and a great bar on the other side with perfectly made and tasty drinks!!
I absolutely loved the place the first time I went so much I ended up bringing a friend about a week later. The staff were very friendly and casual which I greatly appreciated, they felt genuinely friendly and not forced to be amicable to customers. The drinks and pastries were delicious too! The vibes of the place were also wonderful it felt so comfy and welcoming and the furniture was great. Absolutely loved the place and I *will* be turning into a regular!
Fantastic coffee products, pastries etc., and a bar that makes some wonderful Martini's. The bar section stay's open later than the coffee shop. This coffee shop does however stay open longer than most coffee shops and it is nice to know that you can get your coffee fix in the evening too!
Staff is incredibly kind and friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Amazing place for locals to meet, get work done or just hangout. The young girl up front, with the skeleton sweatshirt is the best and makes a great espresso.
